在支付服务适老化方面，张青松表示，人民银行高度重视支付服务适老化工作。2020年，人民银行印发《关于提升老年人支付服务便利化程度的意见》，围绕支付产品适老化升级、银行网点服务优化、支付知识普及等方面作出工作部署，以提升老年群体的支付服务水平。目前，全国超过96%的银行网点已推进适老化改造，通过升级自助设备、设立老年客户“绿色通道”“服务专区”等措施，便利老年群体办理支付结算业务，打造温馨网点。
