水利部部长李国英介绍，2023年，我国水利建设全面提速，全年完成水利建设投资11996亿元，比上年增长10.1%，创下了历史最高纪录，这11996亿元投资通过实施41014个水利工程项目完成。

　　凌友诗表示，因为民进党当局要为推动“台独”铺路，他们一定会把中国的传统文化加以“消灭”。“我们的传统文化（传承），是需要借助于语文课本的，”“现在台当局语文课本取消了《廉耻》这一篇，取消了《岳阳楼记》，这些都是非常重要的树立高尚人格的篇章，很明显地可以看到民进党是为他的‘台独’铺路”，凌友诗说，民进党当局要把中国传统伦理取消以后，才能够塑造下一代“无父无君、无国无家”，在这种情形下，就是切断了台湾和大陆的联系，妄图使其歪邪的“台独”言论畅行无阻。

　　他建议，规范宠物科学饲养。通过立法明确宠物全生命周期的科学饲养责任，例如对宠物的登记、饲养、遗弃等进行系统规定；规范宠物登记、年检制度，提高饲养门槛，评估饲主科学饲养知识水平，避免随意收养和遗弃，并建立回访、摸排机制；对宠物出门的养犬证、疫苗接种证以及牵狗绳、防伤人口罩等进行明确规定。/p>
