[环球时报-环球网报道 记者李萌]在3月21日外交部例行记者会上，有记者提问称，最近国际媒体出现了一些批评中国经济的论调，包括对中国实现经济增长目标的能力表示怀疑，认为中国经济陷入了困境。2023年增长乏力，2024年将会更加糟糕。与此同时有更多积极正面的声音认为在全球不确定性增加的背景下，中国经济增长超出预期，证明其经济治理是有效的。请问发言人对此有何评论？
