中国海警局新闻发言人甘羽介绍称，3月5日，菲律宾违背自身承诺，刻意派出2艘海警船、2艘运补船擅闯中国南沙群岛仁爱礁邻近海域，向其非法“坐滩”军舰运送物资。中国海警严格依法管控予以规制，出于人道主义对菲运送必需生活物资的1艘船只作出临时性特殊安排，现场处置合理合法、专业规范。
