财联社3月16日电，商务部副部长盛秋平在中国电动汽车百人会论坛表示，下一步将研究降低新能源汽车保险费费率，推动提高新能源汽车社会化维修服务能力，着力解决群众购车后顾之忧。

　　就在几天前，《上海市鼓励购买和使用新能源汽车实施办法》正式发布。《实施办法》明确，2024年上海将对购买新能源汽车继续给予免费专用牌照额度支持。
